4. Why we use your data and our legal basis
We only use personal data when we have a legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR.
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have weighed our interests against your rights. You can object at any time (see section 10).
You do not have to give us personal data. However, we need your name and contact details to answer your request or assess your application.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business. They act as our processors under a data processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions.
We may also share data with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, or with authorities when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States or Israel. We only allow this when your data is properly protected, through:
-
an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as for Israel, or for US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; or
-
the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed.
You can ask our privacy contact for more information about these safeguards.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.
After these periods, we delete or anonymise the data.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types:
-
Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the website to work and to remember your cookie choices. They do not require consent.
-
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. We only place these cookies after you agree in our cookie banner.
When you first visit our site, our cookie banner asks for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of our website. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may then not work properly.
9. Newsletter and marketing emails
We only send our newsletter if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting our privacy contact. After you unsubscribe, we may still send you emails that relate directly to an ongoing business relationship or request, such as a proposal you asked for.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
-
Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
-
Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
-
Erasure of your data in certain circumstances.
-
Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
-
Object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time.
-
Data portability: receive data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another organisation.
-
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email info@cintlpharma.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. In some cases the law allows or requires us to refuse a request; if so, we will explain why.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). If you live in another EU country, you can also complain to the authority in your country.
12. Security and automated decisions
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include access controls, secure connections (HTTPS) and agreements with our service providers.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our website contains links to other websites and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before sharing personal data with them.
