Yolanda Cabrera-Sybesma, MPH

Chief Executive Officer (Founder)

Yolanda brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across clinical development, CRO operations, pharmaceutical management, and business transformation. Her track record includes leading global clinical programmes, leading a rare-disease therapy through EMA and FDA approval, managing a multi-million pharmaceutical portfolio, and delivering operational turnarounds in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

As Founder of CiNTL Pharma, she is leading the development of a next-generation CRO model built on integrated technology, agentic AI, and senior clinical oversight. Her focus is on delivering clinical trials with greater speed, transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency, while maintaining the standards required for high-quality clinical development.

Yolanda holds a BA in Biochemistry from CCSU, MPH from VU Amsterdam and Advanced Women on Board Leadership Certificate from Yale School of Management.

Martijn de Jong, MBA

Chief Digital Officer (Advisor)

De Jong brings more than 25 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, and technology-led business change, helping organisations translate data and emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions. He currently serves as Deputy CEO at a leading bank in Mongolia, where he focuses on digital banking, innovation, and technology-driven transformation. At CiNTL Pharma, he advises on the company’s digital strategy and the responsible adoption of AI across its operations.

Martijjn holds an MBA from Erasmus University, and Advanced Management Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Daksh Singh

Chief Technology Officer

Daksh brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI across highly regulated industries. He has held senior roles at ICICI Prudential, Aegon, and Standard Chartered Bank, where he served as Global Head of Wholesale Banking Data Science and Analytics. His track record includes building enterprise technology platforms, leading high-performing technology and data science teams, and delivering AI-driven solutions in complex, regulated environments.

As Chief Technology Officer at CiNTL Pharma, he is driving the development of scalable, AI-enabled technology platforms that connect clinical-trial data, streamline operations, and enable intelligent decision-making. His focus is on combining trusted data, advanced technology, and responsible AI to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and reliability across clinical trials.

Daksh holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UDCT Mumbai.
